Welcome to the North Coast
Greyhound Connection & Adoption of Ohio

North Coast Greyhound Connection & Adoption of Ohio is a non-profit 501(C)(3) organization out of Fremont, Ohio dedicated to finding homes for as many retired Greyhounds as possible, and to educate the community about Greyhounds and the need for adoption.

North Coast Greyhound Connection & Adoption of Ohio is run by unpaid volunteers who fell in love with this ancient breed and wanted to spread the joy of adopting a Greyhound to others.
Please check out our site then feel free to contact us with any questions.

Our volunteer base stretches from the west in Toledo, Ohio to the east in the Akron, Ohio area with many points in between.

Thank you for visiting!

 Our Featured Greyhounds:

Tune is a handsome black brindle with beautiful brown eyes.  Tune has all his house manners and is looking for a loving home where he can be the star of the show.  Tune will do wonderful in a home being the one and only as he gets overzealous when trying to engage other dogs in play.  Please contact your area representative to learn more about Tune and see if he is the one you have been looking for!   Check our event calendar to find out a time & place to meet Tune or contact jlfuchs2@aol.com to learn more.

Candi, who just turned 1 in April, is doing very well in foster care.  She is cat workable & small dog safe. Candi loves to go for rides in the car.  She's a real snuggler and has already perfected roaching on the couch. She is eating well and enjoys playing with cheese filled kongs, squeaky toys, and rubber balls.  She loves jumping in my small pond. Candi is mastering her home skills like learning to use the doggie door and stairs.  Check our event calendar to find out a time & place to meet Candi or contact jlfuchs2@aol.com to learn more.
