North Coast Greyhound Connection & Adoption of Ohio is a non-profit 501(C)(3) organization out of Fremont, Ohio dedicated to finding homes for as many retired Greyhounds as possible, and to educate the community about Greyhounds and the need for adoption.

North Coast Greyhound Connection & Adoption of Ohio is run by unpaid volunteers who fell in love with this ancient breed and wanted to spread the joy of adopting a Greyhound to others.

COME TO THE GREAT BIG HOME & GARDEN EXPO (2/4-2/12)

We will be at the Great Big Home & Garden Expo in Cleveland, Ohio from 2/4 through 2/12 (click the icon above to be directly taken to the expo's official website).

We will have full staff at the expo during the weekends and limited staff during the week.

Stop out to see us and meet/greet available greyhounds. We will also be selling dog treats and other canine-related items that directly benefit our NCGC.

Due to limited space, we are only allowed 2 dogs at a time, so if there is a particular greyhound that interests you, please contact the toll-free number to see if when that particular dog will be at the show.

FOSTER HOMES NEEDED (2/1/2012)

In order to bring in greyhounds, we need to have a healthy foster home program. It is vital for our longevity. Please consider opening up your home and experience the wonderful joy of helping a greyhound reach their forever home.

N.C.G.C. would love to welcome more retired racers into our adoption program but we have run out of foster homes and need to give those that do foster for us, a short break!

Fostering brings such rewards and what a present to give to yourself and the world than to take in a greyhound in need to teach home life to so she can go on to a successful adoption and forever home! I can't tell you how heartwarming it is to watch these boys and girls blossom right before your eyes!

If interested, please go to our foster application and complete the online application and submit it. Your application will be received and a prompt follow-up will occur.

Featured Greyhound:  Radar

Radar is a young, playful greyhound with plenty of joi de vivre! His tail never stops wagging, he is just happy to be in the here and now. Radar is currently being fostered with several greyhounds, a chihuahua mix and a Newfie mix.  His foster parents are in love with his joyful personality. This is one gorgeous long legged boy!
